The hotel's location, close to many attractions, was convenient, and the complimentary deluxe hot breakfast was a great start to the day. the comfortable guestrooms with premium bedding ensured a good night's sleep, and the free WiFi was a plus for staying connected. However, the bed in my room was uncomfortably lacking a pillowtop, which made for a restless night's sleep. the lack of a clock in the room was inconvenient. On a positive note, the facilities were very clean, and the staff was excellent, providing a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, Fairfield Inn & Suites Des Moines West offers a decent stay for those looking to explore the area's attractions while enjoying amenities like the fitness center and indoor pool. With a few adjustments, such as improving the bed comfort and adding clocks to the rooms, this hotel could elevate the guest experience even further.
